Hello! My name is Robert, people that know me call me Bob, but family and close friends call me Bobby. Son of Richard and Shirley, I’m a proud native Toledoan. A graduate of Roy C. Start High School, I attended the University of Toledo. I have two wonderful children Valerie and Brian that reside in Toledo. My sweetheart Dede and I married in 1993 and we have been happy to be a part of the Sylvania community since 1994. Dede and I have two terrific sons. Andrew and Casey, both are Sylvania Northview High School Alumni.

Professionally, I had a distinguished career in building materials working for one company for 29 years. How did I get into investing? While there, in the 80’s, as the manager, I was asked to assist the employees to consider investing into their 401k. A new concept at the time, I was all about it. Fascinated with the options of selecting investments that would benefit my family and my future, I found it intriguing. I've been passionate about investing ever since. When it was time to move on, I did. With the housing bust of 2007 I made the choice to follow my passion, investing. No one that knows me, is surprised that I did. I started with a fine company, received my license six weeks before the market crashed and subsequently decided that being a truly Independent Financial Advisor was best for me and the families I am honored to help. It’s to show that I am committed to continuing to deepening my knowledge in my profession.

As a member of Sylvania community I am quite active. I belong to the Sylvania Chamber of Commerce, I've coached in the Sylvania Recreation Programs. I still play in the Sylvania Senior Softball league. As a Sylvania Moose member I participate in the horseshoe and cornhole leagues there. Additionally I currently am a Better Business Bureau member, an Advisor to the Board of the Professional Remodelers Organization and a charter member of BNI Platinum Partners. I have also received the "Volunteer Excellence Award" for when I served on the Alumni Board of Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity at the University of Toledo. 

You’d be surprised to know that I have bowled 5 ~ 300 games in my lifetime. Plus my competitive spirit has lead to playing travel softball, where I'm known as "808" my softball jersey number. (Ask me why)

Truly, I love that I can help families in a very meaningful way. I want you to know it’s very humbling when someone entrusts me with their life’s savings. It’s something I take very seriously. That said, I certainly would enjoy learning more about you, your family, your concerns, as well as your goals, dreams and aspirations.
